Command & Conquer™ Red Alert™ 3 brings back the fan-favorite real-time strategy game in its latest incarnation with new features, powers, technologies, and a different world.

Psysonic Omega tells a story happens years after the fictional background of RA3 Uprising, in which psionic technologies are used to rebel against a cyberpunk-styled dystopian world instead of building one.

Three new factions developed from those in RA3. They are Alliance of Commune, Commonwealth of Sovereignty and a nameless rebel force using modified imperial arsenal from Shiro Sanitarium. Each consists of their own sub-factions which use distinctive technologies and tactics.
