This is the second mission of the Allied campaign of Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3. I played the heck out of Red Alert 2 as a kid, but this is a blind first play. The Soviet Union has set up a strategic port at Cannes in the south of France, and his holding several Allied leaders in the convention center there. We cannot attack head on, so with Special Agent Tanya and some spies, we are to infiltrate the Soviet installation, rescue the Allied leaders, and then neutralize the Soviet blockade.
