Congratulations to Lordy, the 2019 Ribbon Tournament champion!

Thanks to all who entered, and hope you had fun :).

This tournament was a one day event starting at 7pm GMT. The advantage of this was far less admin for me! However, only half the registered players turned up on time.

The last tournament was played over 2 weeks so I had to spend hours chasing up players just to play their games. However, nearly all games were played and the competition was therefore stronger.

I think if we had a regular tournament at the same time every weekend, momentum would build it into a popular and competitive event. It would even be good if clans organised (sponsored?) an event every month, taking turns e.g. The [snif] Open in May, The [ORA] Open in June.

Also, how about $1 entry for prize money?

I'll probably have time to do one more tournament before Cyber Security studies commence. I leave it to the community to organize more tournaments, and recommend www.toornament.com for its easy to use interface.
