Command and Conquer Remastered GDI Mission 10b walkthrough and again this mission correctly showcases the orca unit and how it should be used. The mission briefing and strategy are in the full description if needed.

Mission Briefing: "U.N. funding has been re-established. You now have access to a new aircraft, the Orca. This unit is to be used to scout the immediate area. Destroy all Nod presence in this region."

Strategy: Deploy your MCV and build power plant, 2 x refineries and barracks. Then go take out the gun turret on the ridge overlooking the tiberian in your base. Get 3 orca helipads built and use them to clear the ridge north from your base, this has a tiberian route.

I would also recommend blocking the right side ridge entrance to your base by using sandbags and guard towers. Now get a war factory and get 2 APC and full one with rocket troops and the other with engineers. Use a humvee to scout he south east side of the base, a NOD buggy will be guarding that area, destroy it and then get the rocket troops to destroy the wall.

Do not attack any buildings as that will aggro the base units, get your engineers in and capture the construction yard, airfield and as many power plants as possible, sell them and use the units to take out as many buildings as you can.

Then build up a load of tanks and a few Humvee and apc and go finish the base off. The infantry will more than likely go attack your base so be on your guard. Once all NOD forces have been destroyed the mission is complete.
