In this mission, we need to first destroy the power grid to the east to turn off the Tesla coils. Once that's done, a MCV will appear to the south and we can build our base. We need to capture (and not destroy) all of the Sarin plants to win the mission. If one of the plants get destroyed prematurely, you will fail the mission so make sure not to shoot at the explosive barrels. Save every step of the way.

One hindsight of this mission is that the Tesla coils at the enemy main base will still be powered up even if you have destroyed all enemy power plants back at the eastern power grid. The mission scripting must have separated the two bases' power.
