In this mission, we need to evacuate all civilians to the island to the west. The objective says it is optional to destroy all enemy forces, but ironically the only way to get to that island is through the enemy base lol. So may as well clear all enemies. The enemy base is to the south.

The area is also rich in minerals, so don't hesitate to go 3 refinery and 4 ore trucks as well as 2x war factories. Do a medium tank spam on the enemy base to succeed easily. There will also be enemy submarines off the coast to the west so build naval units to clear them out.
