This is one long ass mission. You start with 2 sets of troops - one to the north west with a commando, engineers and infantry + rocket troopers and to the south east with artillery and infantry + rocket troopers. I would command the south east side first.

There is a roaming boat along the river so be careful, you can choose to destroy it with artillery (by using the attack ground command) but it will take ages to do so. Make your way to the village by clearing out GDI troops as you go and avoid the boat's line of fire as much as possible (save often here). Once you get to the village, destroy the church as it usually hides $$$.

Once done, command the north western side and make your way to the GDI base. There will be medium tanks and grenadies along the way, so take them out (I would use infantry to tank the damage from medium tanks, then call in the bazooka bois to destroy the tanks). Along the route to the GDI base, be careful as the harvester might squash your troops. Don't attack the harvester or you might aggro the entire GDI forces to kill your troops. Save often as needed. You will then be greeted with 2x Guard towers, but the key here is to have your riflemen infantry tank first (yes they will be killed doing so) and then use the commando to C4 the guard towers. If you keep your commando alive, you will have a chance to keep using him in the first wave of GDI attack where infantry will try to assault you. He will then eventually get targeted by a GDI airstrike and get killed no matter what.

At this point, it will be a long waiting game for getting enough resources to destroy the GDI base to the north east. My golden tip here is to use flame tanks to destroy guard towers easily and a mix of light tanks to tank the fire from the advanced guard tower. Have the light tanks destroy the advanced guard tower and the flame tanks destroy the barracks once they destroy the normal guard towers because GDI will keep training infantry. Once the building is destroyed, camp a unit in the spot where the barracks was destroyed so GDI cannot rebuild a barracks there.
