Command Tutorial #78: Creeper Disguise Commands in Minecraft(1.16+)
0In this video I will show how to make a speical helmet that allows you to blend in with other creepers and give an explosive power similiar to them.

To activiate the Tnt:
14. Repeater Command Block: /execute if entity @a[nbt={SelectedItem:{id:"minecraft:carrot_on_a_stick",tag:{display:{Name:"{\"text\":\"Tnt Wand\"}"}}}}] run scoreboard players set @e[scores={Carrot=1..}] Carrot 0
15. Chain Command Block: /execute at @p run summon tnt ~ ~ ~ {Fuse:80}
