Recently Mani of the Glasshammer Team was given an automatic loss on a game for not scoring as many Victory Points as he should have.

Was this a smart way to game a faulty tournament structure? Or was this clear misconduct? I think this is an interesting event to cover, as the results lead to improved tournament pairing systems in the future.
