Alright quick explanation of what this is in case you're not familiar (I'll leave most of the detail for your own research since there's a lot I could potentially cover). Nintendo put out a series of several cookbooks for the DS by a variety of developers, the main dev being Indiezero who made the leftmost three in the video's image above. Most of the music in them was done Toshiyuki Sudo, who's music may sound familar, and you've most likely encountered one of these three "games". Unsurprisingly, these three are where most of the video's music is from.

The fourth and fifth games from the left were developed in-house by Nintendo and Agenda respectively. They're completely different from the previous three and each other, but they both have the same soundtrack of two songs by the well-renowned Kazumi Totaka.

The last two were developed and published entirely by Koei, who presumably got the "DS Oryouri Navi" name licensed from Nintendo. They function similarly to the Indiezero games and have alright music, with the Marugoto Teikoku Hotel entry having classical music (who listens to that when they cook?) and Kantan! Tanoshii! Okashi Navi having more cutesy pop-style songs. They both suffer from extremely compressed audio because Koei was too lazy to properly encode them for the DS' audio processor, instead opting to shrink the raw audio directly into the cart.

I've indicated which songs are from which game above as the Indiezero games share a lot of music between one other. Likewise, the songs in the track listing are organized by whether the respective song appears there first or when it is exclusive to it.
