Outlast 2, at least on the internet, has received much less hype and praise than the original Outlast. If you saw our review of Outlast on episode 35, you remember that we hated Outlast - so why did we, in general, like Outlast 2?
Despite the original Outlast having all the hype and praise, Outlast 2 really feels like a well-made, organized, and competent game - something that we feel the original game sorely lacked. As with all horror games, there will be moments that are tough to play or handle, but we feel very confident in saying that Outlast 2 is a better game than the original.
