Text guide:
When you enter - Make sure you know what armour set you want immediately.
Pick up the armour set and choose a door, preferably one closest to armour set.
Every room you go into will have an Exploratory totem, pick these up - 20 points each.
Try to choose your own path.
Defeat all the monsters you see on your way and pick up combat totems - 30 points each.
On your path look out for deposit chutes - They look like traffic lights, deposit everything you have
this gives you more room to loot more things and gain more points.
Once you finish your path, look for nearby resources; Trees, Plants - 10 points each.
** Sparking resources give double points!
Whilst you're pathing, you'll notice different cards on the floor, loot as many of these as possible, try to keep a wide variation of cards as the more you have the better range of options you have available at the end of the game. You can also steal from chests around the dungeon for a guaranteed card.
If you get more than 1 of the same card - destroy it. Be careful not to destroy all!
The cards work as follows;
Beguiling Smoke Devil - Scrambles all chests
Cloning Mosquito - Chest will become a copy of the rank below you (5th place will do nothing)
Consistent Yak - Any rewards in your chest will be replaced with a medium lamp.
Preening Ibis* - Add a piece of Gorajo Hoardstalker armour to your chest (no effect if all had already & Can be stolen)
Protecting Titan - Cancels the effect of the next card that tries to move your chest. (Stops devil from (moving ALL chests.
Reversing Phoenix - Reverses all chests to state they were at before the last card was played.
Scavenging Meercat - Adds a Medium lamp to your chest, all higher rank players will receive extra card.
Thieving Locust - Trades your chest with player ranked last (If you are last, it does nothing)
Trading leech - Trades Chest with player one rank lower than you (Rank 5 player has no effect)
Trading Mantis - Trades chest with player 1 rank higher than you (Rank 1 switches with #5)
Whimsical Bunyip - Randomly generates one of the other 10 cards and plays it.
Once all the resources have been submitted or the time runs out, you will be put into the treasure room in the order your ranks showed, if you are rank 1 you will take your turn last, hence an advantage over others to reverse any negative effects that may be put on you, or use ibis without it being stolen.
There isn't much more to say other than use the cards in a way they would benefit you most, only use Bunyip/Smoke devil cards if you have absolutely nothing left and have a small lamp, at that point it can only benefit you.
