With this video, I jumped BACK to the Rendering tutorial series at Catlike coding's web site - creating a VR version of the Rendering 9 AND Rendering 10 tutorials with "Complex Materials" leveraging C# scripting in Unity.

The effect on the materials of doing emissions through a texture is what's hands down the most impressive to me, an effect I've not seen in many games which is surprisingly easy to produce to some really amazing results. Who knows. I've probably just not actively noticed it, but now that I'm paying attention... You know how that is...
