AMD had a lot to show off and Intel kept silent after the 28core 56 threads cpu.
The threadripper 2 is coming up but people were shocked to see a 7nm server chip revealed in the event by AMD. It was unexpected but amaing. Epyc 2 is definetey going to lift AMD's standards a little more and will give AMD a reason to work on the same path.
AMD made clear in the event that they are on track with the CPU lineup and will release this CPU somewhere in 2019. The pricing is something which was not revealed but people will eagerly wait for the launch of 7nm chip.
