Concentration effects all the pure casters the most in a game of 5th Edition Dungeons and Dragons. From the Players handbook that is bard, cleric, druid, sorcerer, warlock, and wizard. In earlier editions of Dungeons and Dragons spell caster classes given enough time could layer spell after spell on themselves and allies limited only by how much time they have at their disposal. 5E D&D limits this through the concentration mechanic.
