I just took a random recording from when I was practicing lol, press your shade skills more than me! After like 5 practice runs I hit like 33.7k.

[=====CONDITION SCOURGE=======]
-Prioritize: Scepter 3452, Blood is Power, Manifest Sand Shade
-Make an effort to complete your autos
-Because of Plague Sending (Curses) use Blood is Power before Shade 5 in order to transfer the self-inflicted conditions (2) to the target
-If using Plague Lands (Elite), the application of a 3rd self-inflicted condition means you will need to cleanse it with Shade 2, and the 2 conditions you transfer with Shade 5 are near random
-When using any shade skill (not just Shade 1), the initial damage from Manifest Shade is re-applied with an internal cooldown of 1 second (Dhuumfire from Soul Reaping)
-Prioritize Shade 5, 2, 3, 4 (although 4 is almost never worth using)
-Stacking shades does not affect the target more than once but it affects more enemies, so it's better to spread them out if the enemy is going to move
-You count as a shade and all shade skills affect enemies at your location
-Having more active shades increases the duration of applied conditions from shades, so maintaining 3 shades is important
-Scepter 3 and 4 are how you generate life force
-Scepter 3 is your most reliable boon corrupt
-Shade 2, 3, 4, 5, and Haunt don't have an animation
--OTHER TRAITS
-Desert Empowerment (Scourge Master) should always be selected over Sadistic Searing, as while it may be a DPS increase it doesn't activate unless you use a Punishment skill
-Harbinger Shroud (Scourge Master) is a DPS loss but can be used for big barrier and extra boon corrupt
--OTHER UTILITIES
-Summon Bone Minions: Useful with multiple necromancers as detonating them near necromancers increases everyone's life force
-Plague Signet: Passively take conditions from your allies and actively move 5 conditions from you to an enemy (also breaks stuns); Useful if you know you are going to receive a lot of conditions at most every 20 seconds (with alacrity)
-Spectral Grasp: can do up to 750 CC to a single target or 150 to 5 targets as a 1200 range pull
-Epidemic: Copies all conditions from the current target to 5 nearby enemies
-Trail of Anguish: Run through allies to give stability and swiftness and run through enemies to apply torment, cripple, and burning (once per pass); also a stun break
-Sand Swell: Instantly teleports you to the target location and creates a portal which you and your allies can take between the target and your previous location
-[Elite] Summon Flesh Golem: Used for CC.
