You'll see reports of the game being buggy and unplayable, it can easily be fixed by using Riva Tuner and limit the framerate to either 30 or 60 fps.
As for the shaky mouse sensitivity, just disable mouse acceleration in the settings of the game.
Apparently, this is one of the ONLY game that somehow detects what kind of keyboard you're using. I'm using an AZERTY layout and the game was playable as is. Most people will probably not realise how uncommon this is...
(or maybe the game is in AZERTY and QWERTY people will finally understand the pain of starting a new game with a different layout ^-^)
I didn't find a way to play it in 4:3 (didn't really look for it tbh), you're seeing it in 4:3 but for me, the game was 4:3 stretched to 21:9, which is, as we all know, an unforgivable crime against the gaming community punishable by shame.
