Its completely my fault that I missed the enemy right in front of me. However, the HUD in BF2042 is so cluttered that I am having trouble focusing. I perfectly fine being called a bad player for it, but the amount of floating icons on the screen is so distracting for me.

UI designers have to ask themselves, what is the point in showing the information on the screen to players? For example, what am I am supposed to with the information that they are showing on the screen? Especially the floating icon of the ranger 300m away?
