Congo Bongo 1984 - MS-DOS Game Reviews
9Congo Bongo is an isometric recreation of Donkey Kong, down to the ape that throws stuff at you, and the character having to climb up to the monkey.
This game was released by Sega.
The game has a nice introduction, which is a little rare in games of this era. Gameplay is OK, with the cursor keys working both straight and diagonally on the keypad. Gameplay is quite difficult, even on the easy level, and key presses have to be extremely precise.
As this is a skills-based game that I played for the first time, and each session did not last very long, I had a few goes at getting to the further levels.
All in all, a fun little game to play, even if only for a short time.
