[Recommendations]
These Dance Pad IO's come and go, but I recommend Pad2PC or a STAC at the moment as they are both available and they allow for easy plug and play. I'm sure that will change again in 1-2 years haha!
Ghett.io and Barr.io are great if you can find them too.
I-Pac and Arduinos will work, but require way more effort, but they are great for home-made pads.
