L’Étoile Paris, Scenario 10, of Railway Empire 2 is based in France with Paris as the centrepiece, hence l’étoile, which means star in French. We start in Paris with the goal to build a vast rail network to dominate Western Europe. Even though the scenario starts in Paris, France, the map includes Germany, Belgium, Spain, and the UK. There are a boatload of cities and resources in this scenario, unlike the last one.

This video’s tasks are:
Task 1 is to have a train rune from Bayonne to Paris and back in 50 days.
Task 2 is to transport 36 wagons with a rail line connecting Nice, Lyons, and Paris.
Task 3 is to achieve an express status on a rail line between Perpignan, Clermont-Ferrand, and Paris.
Task 4 is to construct a university in 4 cities.

Optional Tasks:
1. To achieve an express status on a rail line between Nice, Paris, and Brest.
2. Make 19 different goods available in Paris at the same time.
3. Connect the cities of Cologne, Bilbao, and London.
