0Def Jam Vendetta is a fighting/wrestling game using the Def Jam record label license and features hip-hop artists such as DMX, Ludacris, Method Man, N.O.R.E., Redman, Scarface, and more, with a total of 40 playable fighters on the game's roster. Def Jam Vendetta was developed by EA Canada and Japanese developer AKI Corporation.
Def Jam Vendetta is the first of four games to use the Def Jam license and was released in 2003 for the PlayStation 2 and GameCube, with releases in the US and Europe. The Japanese release of the game was exclusive to the PS2 version.
