8Contra III: The Alien Wars is a classic run and gun video game for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. It was released in 1992 by Konami and is the third game in the Contra series. It features six stages of intense action, with four side-scrolling and two overhead perspectives. You can play as either Bill Rizer or Lance Bean, two commandos who must stop an alien invasion on Earth. You can also play with a friend in the cooperative mode. Contra III is widely regarded as one of the best games in the series and one of the greatest SNES games of all time.
