In Act II, go inside the pirate ship (it has the words "Tortuga's Revenge" lit up on a banner above it. Once inside, you will have to solve a few puzzles involving boxes. After that section, you will jump in a small boat on a railway which starts the Pirate Ride. After a tentacle blocks your path, backtrack on foot on the rails until you see a big treasure chest on the right side. Walk to the right side of the chest and jump on a rock. Wait until the chest opens. Then jump from the rock into the chest to get the achievement (which by the way is a Banjo-Kazooie reference!)
