Hello everyone & welcome back to the latest video in my attempts to explain the Remedy Universe. In today's Video we will bring the two games together and discuss Control & Alan Wake in the same breath.

The story of Control makes reference to various other Thresholds of Reality within the narrative. There is, however, one Threshold that is not shown and only briefly alluded to within that game. That is the Threshold that is the centerpoint of Alan Wake, The Dark Place.

Using the symbolism present in Cauldron Lake and the Spiral Door, this video will attempt to explain the relationship between The Dark Place, and the world that Control built. In the end, What is the Dark Place?
