Hello everyone & welcome back to the latest video in my attempts to explain the Remedy Universe. In today's Video we will be returning to the Stand-Alone Spinn-off, American Nightmare!

As this game is much shorter and so far removed from the events of the main game, some have questioned if American Nightmare is Canon. It ends with Alan escaping and reuniting with Alice, but in Control is it confirmed he is still trapped in the Dark Place. So Did American Nightmare Really Happen?

Using some of the Manuscript pages as well as a loose definition of Reality, I attempt to break down the nature of the Story that bears the name, "Return".
