Recipe is down here ⤵️

Preheat oven to 180°C

Ingredients:
🔹100g Sugar
🔹165g Brown Sugar
🔹 115g Melted Butted
🔹 1 tsp Salt
🔹 1 Egg
🔹 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
🔹 115g Plain Flour
🔹 ½ tsp Baking Powder
🔹 Plenty of Chocolate Chips or Chunks!!

Method:
1️⃣ In a large bowl, whisk together Sugar, Brown Sugar, Melted Butted and Salt until there are no lumps.
2️⃣ Then add the Egg and Vanilla Extract.
3️⃣ Sift in the Flour and Baking Powder into the mixture, and fold it all together with a spatula.
4️⃣ Add the Chocolate Chips or Chunks and mix well.
5️⃣ Chill the dough in the fridge for around 30 minutes.
6️⃣ Bake for around 12~15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
7️⃣ Enjoy!

Again, similar to my muffin recipe this is also a super basic cookie recipe.
It's simple and not too time consuming (minus the 30 minutes chill time), plus you only need one large bowl 😁😁
