This is how someone with Apert Syndrome does stuff that "normal" people do. The dinner is rice, black beans and fried turkey steak bits.

1 chopped onion

a bit of chourizo (as much as you'd like, I didn't have much).

Black beans portions (I had a batch frozen, so IDK the exact quantity. It usually comes in 845g / 1 pound 13 oz cans, and I freeze batches to use some other time.

60dl of water

60dl of white wine (the one used to season meat works fine).

Turkey breast cut in pieces

some flour

First off, you grab a pot, pot pour some olive oil in. Chop an onion, when it's sort of blonde-ish, throw the chourizo in there.

Then, while it's cooking, it's time to start cooking the rice (just the normal cook, 3 water cups, to 1 rice, etc).

While that's cooking, cut the turkey breast in pieces, season it (sweet chilli, pinch of salt, powdered nutmeg, bit of lemon juice if you want). Leave it aside.

Back to the chourizo, add the black beans (after washing them), let it cook a bit, then add water and white wine, and let it boil. Keep stirring to avoid sticking to the bottom, once the sauce turns thick, add a bit of honey (as much as you want), stir it and turn the gas off).

Back to the turkey breast, the idea was to bread it, but we (you'll see in the video) found out we didn't have eggs, so we just coated the turkey breast bits in the flour, and fried them.

Once the turkey bits turn golden brown, it's time to turn the gas off and enjoy.
