Recipe:
You'll need:
12 eggs
1½ deciliters of cream
1½ teaspoons of baking powder
125 grams of cooked ham
Margarine or spray on cooking oil
Bacon
Chives
salt and pepper.

Mix eggs, cream baking powder and salt and pepper. Whisk until properly mixed. Then add ham.

Slather ceramic tray with margarine(only the inside) and pour egg mix into it.

Slam into oven for 40 mins, at 180 Celsius in normal oven, 150 in convection oven. Meanwhile fry bacon in frying pan.
Once done remove from oven, eat with chives and bacon.

This is a very plain æggekage, you're free to add more stuff if you want, yesterday's boiled potato chopped into cubes are good, so are fresh peppers. Tomato slices goes on after it comes out of oven.
I prefer it plain with rye and pickled beets.
