This is an awesome recipe for one of the most common fish to buy on the market. The recipe is very simple, quick, and easy, yet so delicious. I really can't get enough when it comes to beer battered fish, and I hope you agree. You can substitute just about any of the seasonings going into this recipe, but I enjoy a mix of the ones I used here. For a little extra kick, try seasoning your flour with Old Bay (I would have used it, but I didn't have any at the time of this video.)
