The damage taken during the final bobsled run was deliberate. Getting hit itself was not beneficial, but the enemies were in the way of the trajectories I needed.
There are only two spots I'm aware of on this route that could reasonably be improved on. One is at the door after the second switch (you can boost-slide under it, maybe). The other is the accelerator ramp at the end of the first tunnel of the second bobsled course; In very rare cases you can swing hard enough to the right that you miss it, and thereby avoid the slow airtime. Everything else is basically perfect.
My "glitch-free" ruleset includes no bugging out the friction calculations, no circumventing 2d/3d triggers, no clipping through obviously solid objects, no "m-speed", and no drift shenanigans like wiggling across water, among other things.
Speaking of drift shenanigans, I was really disappointed to find out that sliding across the whole intro section is the fastest way through it. I really like that part with all the smashing through the snowmen.
