Commodore 64 Liveplay of Cosmic Ark by Max Hall and Steven Day. A port of the Atari 2600 game of the same name.
Keeps faithfully to the original, with improved graphics and sound. Control your ship (The Ark) through space, shooting asteroids. Once safely through the asteroids, you land on a planet and have to save the population in your lander using the tractor beam while dodging the planet's defences. Sound easy?
It's one I've been meaning to play after playing Chopper Command and Keystone Kapers earlier this year, and this came up in conversation.
It was entered into the RGCD C64 16KB Cartridge Game Development Competition 2013.
And a couple of Flat 3 Hackers demos - Captain Alehouse and Spongebog!!
