I rarely use Seraph Crimrose, but for a 'free' character, she's pretty good, especially on such maps, where healing / artillery groups gather often. Because her Seraph-Nova ability locks on.... 6 targets at once, I believe... or more... and causes quite some nasty AreaOfEffect damage with a slight gravity-pull in. There was also a nasty nerf applied to Seraph Crimrose long time ago, because when she was first released, her Seraph-Nova ability caused the double amount of damage it does now and the gravity-pull-in was too strong, impossible to escape... and the range of the ability was bigger as well.
