HD Ivis once was all feared and powerful (and actually is today as well, but...) ... she also got nerfed heavily. Her Chain Guard ability made her "completely" immune to all damage, could even block nukes with it. Now it decreases the damage got by like 99%... which is still a lot, but as nukes are supposed to instant-kill, she'll still die now. Also shock-weapons which disable melee will work now as well as she still receives the "shocking" damage. Also before nerf, the Chain Guard granted Ivis Flight Support during its duration, making Ivis able to fly longer. With the nerf, this extra buff got removed. Additionally before the heavy nerf, the Chain Guard ability lasted a little bit longer (like 1 second) and also had a way shorter cooldown. And if this isnt enough, her Crimson Veil ability restored ... about 30 HP as far I remember... whenever it has been activated... then first nerf made it restore only 10 HP per use and now it no longer restores any hp. Also there is one more "indirect" Nerf to Ivis. There is a catridge in this game called "stun regain", which would restore a slight amount of hp, whenever your character is about to get stunned. During Crimson Veil, you cannot be stunned, but the mathematics are still being done, restoring HP whenever you "would have been" stunned, even you are not because of Crimson Veil. Now that Cyberstep nerfed Stun Regain, so it doesnt trigger during Crimson Veil, Ivis became even weaker...

But nevertheless, her Crimson Veil ability makes her immune to stun, thus making her supperior to most other melees because they lack stunimmunity.... while Ivis melee attack also is known for keeping most enemies stunned themselves...
