Actually we aren't and we are. Pac Attack, the tetris style game with a twist was released on the SNES and Megadrive/Genesis and is EXACTLY the same game as this, 'Cosmo Gang: The Puzzle'
Funnily enough, when ported to the consoles in Japan, it kept it's Cosmo Gang moniker which is very suprising as it works better better with the Pac Man reskin.
A case of the West getting the better deal out of it.
