The problem is to determine the number of strings in a given range that both start and end with a vowel. Here's the approach:

Identify Vowel Strings:

A helper function isVowel checks if a character is a vowel (a, e, i, o, u).
For each word, check if both the first and last characters are vowels.
Prefix Sum Array:

Create a cumulative sum array cumSum where each element at index i stores the count of vowel strings from the beginning up to index i.
Query Processing:

For each query, use the cumulative sum array to calculate the count of vowel strings in the range [l, r] in O(1) time.
