Not sure how easy this is without Alex, you can maybe get away with using YXL (if she can survive) but you want buff removal in some form to deal with the boss mechanic.
That's also partly why I chose Kami as the ship although that was probably overkill and Enterprise might have been better here.

If you don't have Alex you could also try Lee Jisoo here on a CDR set and see if that along with Kami S1 can keep Titan's buffs down.
