Adjust team to incorporate the support unit. Best support for this raid is DP generators like Lin Xien and Sigma for no buff runs or Swan to run another DPS with buffs. It's 100% guranteed with buffs, no buff may encounter something funny along the run (when characters dodge the push and die in the middle of the stage). You can turn off auto ULT before the push if you want which causes a few units to dodge the push.
You can replace Chris with ASY if you struggle to do the hit check.
Nao and Surya are pretty much all you need to survive the wipe after the Kraken first recovers. but sometimes Surya dies on the push for some reason. Probably a crit and non evade for majority of characters.
Sky's evasion down is the best debuff here as the boss has high Evasion that even def down, dmg taken debuffs get mitigated a lot without her evasion down.
Eve and Regina are the best DPS units for this raid.
If everything aligned, you can deal 50M in the groggy state at around the 50 sec to 1 minute mark. Mine only dealt around 40M when it started to recover. But you can finish it off, at around the 10 to 15 sec mark.
