In response to an Open Transport Request, service providers(i.e. Transport providers) can offer to service the Transport Request.
1) Open the Transport Request from the Dashboard
2) Click Offer Transport
3) Once the Requester accepts the Offer, a Transport will be generated inheriting the Request details and both parties will be notified.
4) Wait for your passengers and don't be late!
