When you created a Transport Request, service providers can view your request and when they can, they will offer to give you the required service(Transport service), if you want to accept their offer, then you have to Accept it so that they will be notified via Email and a Transport will be created.
1) Open your Transport Request from the dashboard
2) Click the "Accept Offer" button in the chatbox
3) Transport number will be generated which you can now select in the dashboard for subsequent actions.
4) Wait for the Transport to commence!
