Last week, my dad and I were on vacation in Tucson, Arizona, and this was one of the fun things we did at the Trail Dust Town, a historical Wild West location. This is the 24" gauge miniature train ride pulled by the C.P. Huntington #287 steam engine (not to be confused with Canadian Pacific since C.P. actually stands for Collis Potter Huntington in this case). This train began operating in July 1996, and it still gives visitors fun rides to this day.
In August 2001, my parents and I had fun on this train ride when we all came to Trail Dust Town for the first time. In fact, my first train ride experience generally happened at Trail Dust Town in Tucson, Arizona. It was very cool to finally ride on the same exact train again over two decades later, so I recorded the very best of this train ride. It's an Old West delight for both kids and adults, and this is something exciting I would recommend if you come to Trail Dust Town. Enjoy!
