Dual pistols are pretty good, just go all in on hip firing. Usually if you just hold down with both LMB/RMB your reload syncs up and its effectively just a double damage pistol, it can get a bit weird if they somehow desync from each other (from the perks to randomly not lose a bullet when firing, get a bullet back on hitting, I'm assuming).This was my 2nd win on nightmare, recorded during early access on 4/9/2023, I didn't remember to record my first clear (with Minigun).

Crab Champions is a fun roguelike from Noisestorm, it's fairly punishing on Nightmare difficulty. The game is Early Access, but is very playable and fun already.
