Crackdown on PC powered by Arc B580 and Xenia
Crackdown seems to run much worse on the ARC B580 compared to the RTX 4060 Ti at 3X resolution scale (4K). While the RTX card maintains the 32 FPS frame rate cap, the ARC runs at 8 FPS with DirectX 12 ROV Renderer and 15 FPS with the RTV Renderer.
Dropping the resolution scale down to 2X (1440p) does get us closer but to get a mostly locked FPS you will need to enable patches to improve performance. But as with the last time I tested Crackdown, the black flickering is still an issue that I've not found a solution for.
