Upd. By the time the video was uploading i have finally managed to hit the shield craft rolling near perfect T2 block 74 - 45% (total) and T1 Spell block 15%

The shield is done and it is ideal for my build. Overall it took around 130 bristle matrons (130 trips to menagerie damn it) and 260 exalts, a dozen or two annuls. In the end I annuled several times preserving spell block, and exalted t2 block.
