Some additional tips I forgot to mention:
1. During the first 10 or so steps, you want to focus on building your inner quiet stacks. Hasty + precise work best, followed by Patient (if you get a centered early). This is to make use of Innovation later on.
2. I say it as an off-hand comment, but when you get 11IQ stacks, you are free to use Innovation with Hasty Touches on Normal conditions, instead of using observes to get past them. I typically observe the first Normal condition, and Innovation if I see another normal after that. It is extremely rare you have more than 2 normal conditions back-to-back. If you get a 'good' condition WITH Innovation up, always use Precise Touch - it's worth over 3 Basic Touches of quality.
3. Even with Waste Not going, if you are at 11 stacks of IQ, it is better to use Innovation for your hasty touch spam, even if you waste a stack of Waste Not. Just don't waste Manipulation also while doing it.

Continuing to explore the ways to complete the Expert Recipes, I go over the method that focuses on Conditions.

The Hasty Touch method that I went over in a previous video is simpler to use, so it works best with players not used to manually crafting difficult items.

This method of crafting, utilizing the new Condition procs that you get only during expert recipes, requires more thought about changing situations based on your current resources and can be more enjoyable for experienced crafters looking for a more dynamic way of completing the craft.
