Well...the platinum time will show up basically after beating Cortex and triggering the 104%/105% ending at least once in a save file

So yeah, the time is not 44:83 as everyone said up until now, 44:80 is the time to beat for platinum...who the heck even wrote a time with .03? In PAL 3 hundreds of a second are not possible, since each frame is a multiple of 4 in that version.
