Usually an easy battle, but this time it's seriously hard, hence the title. The differences are many. First of all, there's no cut scene in the beginning. It goes straight to action with Joe spinning. If you enter with two masks, you'll get invincibility and that comes in handy, because Joe's spinning is hard to dodge. He spins much faster and longer, and Moe is throwing knives all the time. In the finished game, he only does that during the last spinning session. Finally, the battle doesn't stop when you defeat them, as he just keep throwing knives. I needed nearly 20 attempts before I made it through the whole battle without taking damage.
