Crash Bandicoot 4's Problematic PC Port! Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time is finally on PC. This game was initially released in October of last year and we had to wait until March to get the PC port. This is not that bad, there have definitely been worse cases, the N. Sane Trilogy was only on PS4 for about exactly a year! But who cares now, right? The port is out and we can finally play the game, that's all that really matters. So how is the port? It's pretty good, but there are some problems. Something nice about the port is that the framerate is uncapped unlike the N. Sane Trilogy! I can appreciate this a lot, it's nice to actually be able to put a high refresh rate monitor to use. But there are indubitably some issues with this port. So the game is on Battle.net, not the biggest problem but we would have all preferred the game to release on Steam instead. No ultrawide support, the general public doesn't really care about this but I'm one of the weirdos who cares, but maybe a mod will come out soon to allow ultrawide support. And of course, the big, bad issue everyone is talking about. The DRM. You always need to have access to the internet in order to play Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time. This didn't even successfully protect the game, because the day after the PC port released, people cracked it. Think about this, the people who actually paid for the game like myself are getting the inferior version because the people who decided to pirate it can play it offline, whenever they want. Very hard to defend a decision like this and I'm really hoping Blizzard, Activision, Toys For Bob, I have no idea who's in charge but I want the DRM to be removed! DRM is clearly getting out of control. We need to speak up!
