Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy ~ Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back - Part 12
Even though we are pretty close to the end, does not mean the game is done finding new innovative things to do in its platforming. Last episode ended with a cool but difficult to control jetpack stage, and today we will find another one. Hopefully I can remind myself to pick up the Crystal this time 🤣. But it can still be appreciated thateven this far in the game some new things are still met up with. Let's go make our way to the end now. We are really close.
After the critical success of the original Crash Bandicoot it was no surprise that the game would get a sequel that would continue the platforming adventures of everybody's favorite Australian mammal! In Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back the challenging form of 2.5D platform gaming returns to turns it to a whole new level by adding new mechanics, new types of stages and also by expanding the ones we already knew from the original. Now that Dr. Neo Cortex has been defeated by Crash, he needs to find a new way to still try to conquer the world. And he finds this in the form of the Master Crystal. But before he can use it he needs the help of his old enemy Crash to get enough shards of the Crystal to build his evil machine. Can he convince Crash that he is now on his side, or is Crash smart enough not to trust his old nemesis. The bandicoot adventure continues!
Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy brings the original three games from the PlayStation back to new life. With updated controls and graphics, the oldest Crash Bandicoot games never looked better. And with new additions to this remaster for the modern systems, Crash Bandicoot has never been this fun and challenging. Since this game is a compilation title consisting out of three games and I don't own the original games, this Let's Play will take place in three different phases. After every individual game is complete a pause will stop the total project for a moment, only to return later to finish the rest of the complete game. Three games for the price of one, the best way to still learn an old but famous franchise.
