Run Notes
So sorry that this is so late. I was that disgusted after getting 13.23 THRICE (TWO of which were back-to-back...) on New Years Day that I didn't even timestamp the livestream VOD and I didn't get around to editing this video until now.
1 less frame is all I wanted, but apparently that was that too much to ask for.
This "developer time" (I question its legitimacy but I have to suck it up and believe it) is destined to evade me but maybe one day I'll have the drive for it once more... Perhaps next New Years since apparently I like to play this level around that time of year lol.
